What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 3:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
Check-out: 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

When is breakfast served?

Daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

What is included in breakfast?

You can choose a breakfast dish from our menu. In addition to this dish, the breakfast price includes two hot drinks of your choice and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.

Are dogs permitted?

Yes, dogs are allowed upon prior request and confirmation from us. We have a single room, a classic double room, and a superior double room with a sofa bed for dogs.
The price is €12 per dog/night.
For dogs that are accommodated in a room not designated for this purpose without prior consultation, we charge a cleaning fee of €50 per dog/night.
Dogs are not allowed to sleep in the hotel bed; in case of violation, the above-mentioned increased cleaning fee will also be charged.

Is there a reception desk?

We are a digital hotel without a traditional reception desk. You can either check in advance on your mobile device using our digital guest system, or on site in the hotel lobby at our digital check-in kiosk.
You will receive access to the guest system in our booking confirmation or in the automated emails you will receive prior to your arrival.

Is early check-in possible?

In principle, yes, but as we cannot guarantee this in advance, we ask you to submit your request one day before arrival. We will then do our best to fulfill your request. Check-in between 1 PM and 3 PM is subject to a fee of €25. Check-in from 12 noon onwards is subject to a fee of €35.

Where can I find the PIN code for the main entrance?

You will receive an email from us 48 hours before arrival with the subject line “Gutshotel Menterschwaige | Fill out registration form,” which will include the PIN. You will also receive an email on the day of arrival at check-in time at 3 p.m., this time with the subject line “Gutshotel Menterschwaige | Check-in now possible,” which will also contain the PIN code.
