What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 3:00 p.m.–3:00 a.m.
Check-out: 5:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m.

When is breakfast served?

Daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

What’s included in breakfast?

You can choose a breakfast dish from our menu. In addition to this dish, the breakfast price includes two hot beverages of your choice and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, you may bring dogs with you upon prior request and confirmation from us. We have a single room, a Classic double room, and a Superior double room with a sleeper sofa available for dogs.
The price is 12 € per dog per night.
For dogs accommodated in a room not designated for them without prior consultation, we charge a cleaning fee of 50 € per dog per night.
Dogs are not allowed to sleep in the hotel bed; failure to comply will also result in the aforementioned increased cleaning fee being charged.

Is there a front desk?

We are a digital hotel with no traditional front desk. You can check in either in advance on your mobile device through our digital guest system, or on-site in the hotel lobby at our digital check-in kiosk.
You’ll find access to the guest system in your booking confirmation and in the automated emails you’ll receive prior to your arrival.

Is early check-in possible?

In principle, yes, but since we cannot guarantee this in advance, we ask that you submit your request one day before arrival. We will then do our best to accommodate your request. Check-in between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. is subject to a fee of 25€. Check-in at or after 12:00 p.m. is subject to a fee of 35€.

Where can I find the PIN code for the main entrance?

You will receive an email from us 48 hours before your arrival with the subject line “Gutshotel Menterschwaige | Fill out the registration form,” which will include the PIN. You will also receive an email on the day of your arrival at check-in time (3:00 p.m.), this time with the subject line “Gutshotel Menterschwaige | Check-in Now Available,” which will also include the PIN code.

How far are the Bavaria Film Studios from the hotel?

The Bavaria Film Studios are a 5-minute drive by car or taxi from the Gutshotel Menterschwaige.
It’s a 13-minute ride by tram.
